Chuck Manning is the Senior Vice President for Finance and is responsible for the Finance and IT functions for Yankee Alliance, Inc. and its affiliates. Prior to joining Yankee in 2004, Chuck spent ten years at Central Maine Healthcare serving as the Vice President for Finance for both Rumford and Bridgton Hospitals. Chuck also served as t Director of Corporate Finance for five years at Elliot Health System. Chuck's non healthcare experience includes ten years as controller for a real estate investment trust (REIT) and fives years in the aerospace industry serving as a plant controller for Rockwell International. Chuck earned a BS, MBA and Advanced Certificate in Taxation from New Hampshire College in Manchester, New Hampshire. Chuck is also an IRS Enrolled Agent - a federally-authorized tax practitioner empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service to include audits, collections, and appeals. Chuck is an active member of the Vermont/New Hampshire Chapter of HFMA and is a U.S. Army combat veteran having served with the 101st Airborne Division in the Republic of Viet Nam. |
