Members have the opportunity to network with in person, at our peer advisory committee meetings held throughout the year, at our Annual Meeting and Reunion for leaders from all key departments, and electronically through our online community, Yankee Commons. Access to information is streamlined with all resources in one easy-to-use location. Members can view each other's profiles and connect through email or instant conversations.
Our networking activities facilitate sharing best practices, learning from others' success stories and from areas that haven't worked so well. Our advisory structure encourages and allows every committee member to particpate in decision-making. The open exchange of ideas in committee meetings provides direction to our staff with regard to contract and program issues. The voice of our members guides our direction, ensuring that we always remain relevant and valuable to those we serve.
