JODY DZURIS DANIELS, MBA, SENIOR V.P. CORPORATE SERVICES

Jody has been with Yankee Alliance since 1990. Jody is responsible for all human resource functions within Yankee Alliance as well as strategic communications and serves as the organization's Compliance Officer. Jody is also the liaison with Premier for federal affairs and for human resources, and is the past chair of the Premier HR Committee.

Before joining Yankee Alliance, Jody was the administrator for the Community Residential Services Department at McLean Hospital for eight years. She was responsible for day to day operations and financial planning and analysis for a network of nine residences and ambulatory care programs with a budget of over $2.5 million.

Prior to McLean she spent four years as program coordinator, triage officer and therapist at The Psychiatric Walk-In Clinic at The University of Alberta Hospital and four years at at McMaster University Medical Center as a psychiatric social worker. While at McMaster Jody also held an appointment as an Instructor in the Department of Psychiatry.

Jody has an undergraduate degree in English and Education from Loyola University of Chicago and an MBA in Healthcare Management from Boston University.  She brings 16 years of experience in financial, operational and clinical areas at various academic medical centers.

Jody is a member of the AHA Society for Healthcare Strategic Market Development, AHA Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration, the Society for Human Resources Management, the New England Society for Healthcare Communications, International Webmasters Association, and HTML Writers Guild.  She also serves on the Board of the New England Society for Healthcare Strategy as Secretary and chairs the Website Committee.
